We look at providing these trainings and skills to persons with no experience/skills, to semi skilled or to skilled people who want recognition as Artisans in the very highly demanding fields of Mining and Construction amongst other trades. Upcoming Training
COMPETENT A & B
Competent A and Competent B are skills programs that certify people to work in surface and underground mining respectively. The programs ensure that workers follow the Fall-of-Ground regulations set by the Minister of Minerals and Energy.
Competent A
- Responsible for examining and making a workplace safe in a surface Mine
- Must meet the requirements of a skills program registered with the Mining Qualifications Authority
Competent B
- Responsible for installing, maintaining, and removing support units in underground mining
- Must meet the requirements of a skills program registered with the Mining Qualifications Authority

5th – 9th April 2025

Competent A – R 12000 Each
Competent B – R15000 Each
TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Courses must be trained in a Mine or Quarry therefore;
(i) For a mine/quarry (not subcontractor) requesting for a quote, Please send us an email.
(ii) For learners, Institutions other than those mentioned in (i) above, the general public, you must ensure that You make full payments atleast two weeks before the dates scheduled above.
REFUND POLICY
15% Bank and handling charges will be deducted from your deposit should you choose to cancel your commitment. This However must be done one week (7) days before commencement of the program. No refund shall be entertained 6 days to commencement of the training as reservations with the relevant training venue would have already been committed
